When booking one of our Preferred Catering Partners, please note that catering does not include service staff — meaning there would otherwise be no one assigned to refill water, clear plates, or manage your reception timeline.

OUTSIDE CATERING

Couples using outside catering must ensure their catering provider is fully responsible for all food service staff if they wish to achieve a similar reception experience. This includes staffing for dinner service, plate clearing, and guest management, as The Gem does not provide service staff or reception coordination under the Outside Catering Policy.
